Fantastic experience, we moved from NS to BC. Daryl, our point of contact, was helpful every step of the way and the movers Trevor and Eli were careful and reliable. There was a third guy on the BC end, I think his name was Nolan, also great.  Everyone was great. Which for such a big stressful move was extremely appreciated. We just used Baltic Van Lines for a long distance move from Vancouver Island to Ontario. Daryl was incredibly helpful and the communication was easy and prompt the whole way through. Our movers were respectful of our things and protected all of our furniture very well. It's a great idea to be as prepared as possible and have photos of your boxes. We noticed that one box was missing after our move but thankfully we had a photo of the box, our movers found it on the truck and they came back to deliver it right to our door. I have moved 20+ times in my life using movers, and this was the best experience I've ever had.
We worked with Mark to move my grandmother from Toronto to BC and he was incredibly efficient, communicative, and sweet throughout the process-plus the price was extremely fair. He helped us drop off items for donation and source a pickup for some other unwanted stuff!
The whole process was completed in just 6 days including transit time, and nothing was broken or lost in the move. I seriously can't say enough good things about this experience, and highly recommend to others.

This is a professional company--they made sure all my furniture was securely wrapped and disassembled properly, so my furniture and belongings made it without any issues to my new place. They were on point with their communication, keeping me updated along the way. Everything was taken care of and that alleviated the stresses of moving for me. Having to move from Vancouver Island to Ontario, it was quite stressful to find an inexpensive but trustworthy company. Baltic had a fair price and timeline.  I was flexible on pick up and drop off dates, so no issues there. They had misplaced my metal bed frame, but were able to locate it a week later and returned it. They also offered to pay for replacement if they were not able to find it. Communication was great from the get go and throughout and to the end, the movers were friendly, fast and efficient. Furniture was protected and arrived without any damage. I would use them again, especially for they were half the cost of competitors, and put me at ease every step of the way. Highly recommend!
